PXF Series Gyratory Crusher

The gyratory crusher is a kind of crushing equipment for coarse crushing which appeared early. Compared to jaw crusher, it has more advantages of less consumption of electricity, large throughput, and smooth abrasion in the crushing cavity and so on. The gyratory crusher is used by large-scale factories in the industries of metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, electric power and communication.

Main parts of gyratory crusher:

The gyratory crusher mainly consists of twelve parts: transmission part, crushing base, eccentric sleeve, cone crushing parts, middle frame of crusher, beam, original dynamic part, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic part, pulley part, electrical part and oil lubrication part.

Operational principle of gyratory crusher:

Driven by the motor to whirl operate, the eccentric sleeve moves through belt wheel and cone gear. Because of the operation of eccentric sleeve, the crushing cone part has to take rotation swing base on centre of crusher. Ore in the inner cavity of crusher are knocked, extruded and screwed, finally are crushed after being knocked by crushing cone and fixed cone. Then they flow out of bottom of crusher through their own weight.
